Role: Lead HR Business Partner Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Industry: Consumer / D2C / Ecommerce / Pharma Team Handling Role | 3-4 Members We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Lead HRBP to drive the people agenda for a high-growth, fast-paced business unit (80-100 employees). This role will work closely with CXOs and senior leaders to scale HR processes, enable performance-driven culture, and strengthen core people practices. Key Responsibilities - Partner with leadership to build agile and scalable HR frameworks - Drive end-to-end HR operations: hiring, engagement, performance, compliance - Champion a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation - Lead and coach a small HR team while being deeply execution-oriented What We're Looking For - 8-16 years of HRBP experience in FMCG, Ecommerce, D2C, or product-led setups - Strong stakeholder management and experience working with senior leadership - Deep understanding of performance management, talent planning, org design, ER, and policy implementation - Prior experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred - MBA/Masters in HR is a plus If you enjoy building from scratch and want to drive meaningful impact in a growth-centric setup, we'd love to hear from you.
