Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Lead to spearhead our human capital strategy within the fast-paced BFSI sector. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex business objectives into high-impact people initiatives. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our talent management, compliance frameworks, and organizational culture are aligned with the aggressive growth targets of our financial services operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive HR business partner strategies that directly support the revenue and operational goals of the business units.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and compliance, ensuring all practices adhere to the stringent regulatory standards governing the BFSI sector.
- Lead performance management cycles by implementing robust appraisal systems that reward meritocracy and drive individual accountability.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution, policy adherence, and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Utilize HR analytics to derive actionable insights regarding attrition, talent acquisition, and workforce productivity to inform executive decision-making.
- Spearhead change management initiatives during organizational restructuring or digital transformation projects to ensure seamless adoption across teams.
- Develop and mentor high-potential talent through structured leadership development programs that build a sustainable internal talent pipeline.
- Optimize compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive in the talent market while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in acting as a strategic HR Business Partner, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret HR data and translate it into strategic business recommendations, combined with deep knowledge of statutory HR compliance and labor laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to navigate sensitive employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and professional maturity.
- Proven track record in designing and managing compensation and benefits frameworks that align with industry benchmarks and internal equity.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, hybrid work environment, balancing the need for on-site presence in Bangalore/Mumbai with the flexibility required for modern operations.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in organizational behavior and management theory.
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, specifically within the BFSI or highly regulated corporate sectors.
