- The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in partnering with business leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda for the organisation. The role-holder will also be responsible to drive Performance Management as a COE across the organisation.

Description:
1. Strategic Business Partnership:
- Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity.
2. Talent Management & Development:
- Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless.
- Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development programs.
3. Employee Experience & Culture:
- Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy.
- Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business priorities.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion.
5. Organizational Effectiveness & Change
- Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation.
- Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization.
Profile:
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.
- 15-18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner to Management Leaders/ Executive Committee members
- Experience in real estate or large-scale corporate environments preferred.
- Prior experience of working in matrixed organizations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
