
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRBP agenda partnering closely with business leaders across multiple geographies.
- Manage employee relations, performance concerns, absenteeism, disciplinary matters, and people challenges while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and governance standards.
- Build and scale the HRBP function, establishing the right team structure, processes, and governance mechanisms to support business growth.
- Partner with Regional Heads, Reporting Managers, Branch HRBPs, and COE teams including Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to drive business aligned people outcomes.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, retention, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Provide HR support across a few regional locations, with the role expected to evolve into a broader national mandate over time.
- Drive execution excellence while balancing strategic business requirements and operational HR priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decision making on people matters and organizational interventions.
Preferred Candidate:
- 12-15 years of HRBP experience with strong exposure to employee relations and business partnering.
- Proven experience handling HRBP challenges, manager escalations, disciplinary matters, and absenteeism cases.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
