Lead - HR Business Partner


Job Summary:


Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change management.


Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management cycle, promoting a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and career development.


- Facilitate leadership reviews, talent calibration sessions, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement:

- Design and execute employee engagement strategies to foster inclusion, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.


- Conduct regular pulse surveys and translate insights into actionable initiatives.

Total Rewards:

- Oversee total rewards strategy, including compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and benefits administration.


- Partner with finance and leadership on annual compensation planning.

Learning & Development:

- Implement and oversee leadership development, technical upskilling, and professional growth programs.


- Partner with external vendors and internal SMEs to build tailored learning journeys.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, global HR policies, and regulatory requirements.


- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to proactively manage HR-related risks.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

- Support recruitment strategies for critical and leadership roles.


- Collaborate with TA teams to strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling sensitive employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and driving resolution while maintaining confidentiality.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

- Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Change Management & Culture Building:

- Lead initiatives on workforce productivity, change management, and culture-building to support business transformation and growth.

HR Process Improvement & HRIS Optimization:

- Drive HR process improvements and optimize HRIS systems to enhance employee lifecycle management and reporting efficiency.
