
Role Overview:
As the HR Analytics Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across all facets of Human Resources. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights. Your work will directly impact the organization by optimizing workforce planning, improving employee engagement, reducing attrition, and enhancing overall HR effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HR analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives to provide impactful insights and recommendations.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and trends for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, predict future trends, and provide actionable insights related to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security for all HR data sources.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR analysts, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities and professional development.
- Develop and maintain predictive models for employee attrition, performance, and other key HR outcomes to proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their specific data needs and develop customized analytics solutions to meet those needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new HR analytics tools and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities and improve the efficiency of HR processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines in the collection, storage, and use of HR data.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR analytics strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and business intelligence techniques, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Deep understanding of workforce planning principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective workforce plans.
- Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
