A Leading Bank is looking for Lead - Finance Process Excellence & Strategy - Mumbai

Role :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive finance Digitization roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead initiatives in automation, digital finance, and advanced analytics.

- Streamline FP&A, treasury, controllership, and reporting.

- Drive adoption of ERP, RPA, AI/ML, and cloud based finance solutions.

- Partner with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools.

- Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, and NBFC regulatory frameworks.

- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance reporting.

- Collaborate with business leaders, auditors, regulators, and external partners.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Bank or NBFC regulatory environment.

- Expertise in ERP, RPA, AI/ML finance applications.

- Proven track record in leading large scale finance transformation projects.
