Hiring for a leading Hospital company.

Position Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Unit Finance Head to lead the financial operations of our hospital unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring statutory compliance, improving processes, and leading the unit's finance team.

- You will play a key role in aligning the unit's financial practices with the broader organizational goals, focusing on EBITDA achievement, operational efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Identify revenue streams and manage costs to achieve the unit's EBITDA targets.

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Provide timely and accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and insights to the management.

Financial Operations & Compliance

- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with statutory and internal standards.

- Lead the accounting, billing, credit control, and collections processes.

- Ensure timely realization of receivables and adherence to internal financial controls.

Strategic Leadership:

- Implement finance strategies aligned with unit and corporate goals.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective/preventive actions as necessary.

- Lead initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Team Management & Development:

- Manage, train, and develop the finance team within the unit.

- Set clear performance targets and ensure ongoing performance evaluations.

- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and recognition.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance finance and administrative processes.

- Ensure standardization of practices across finance operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience

- Healthcare/hospital industry experience preferred

- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferred)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
