What will the candidate be responsible for?
1. Owning the overall P&L for Buyside-Public Markets hiring domain (Mutual Funds, PMS/AIFs, Global Funds, Family offices)
2. Execute senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team.
3. Network, engage and assess over mid-senior professionals in India
4. Build strong domain knowledge (both macro and micro level) for Indian & Global landscape within your practice area
5. Study compensation structures and data points for the respective practice area
6. Driving departmental goals
8. Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)

2. Someone who comes with high process orientation with a strong focus on execution skills. Someone who can think on the feet and come up with innovative solutions
