ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation programs while shaping strategic finance transformation journeys across global client environments.
- Develop business cases, drive delivery excellence, and turn data, processes, and systems into intelligent business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engagement Delivery:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams for ERP implementations across Finance and EPM landscapes.
- Partner with stakeholders to align financial processes with technology solutions.
- Conduct diagnostics across finance processes and support improvement initiatives.
- Analyse financial and operational data to support costing, benchmarking, and decision-making.
- Support and lead finance transformation, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation initiatives.
- Manage vendor and software evaluations, requirements gathering, and solution blueprinting.
Engagement Management:
- Support engagement directors/partners with project economics, planning, budgeting, and risk.
- Prepare, review, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain PwC-grade quality standards and client satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Lead proposal writing and pitch contributions.
- Build financial consulting narratives, thought leadership, and point-of-view papers.
- Collaborate across service lines to address client business needs.
People Development:
- Coach teams, drive knowledge sharing, support recruitment, and influence staffing strategy.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years total experience, with 4+ years in consulting / professional services.
- Big 4 / niche consulting background preferred.
- Experience managing complex programs in global delivery setups.
- Strong background in Finance & Accounting processes and performance measurement frameworks.
- Expertise in FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting, Record-to-Report, Consolidation & Reporting.
- Hands-on involvement in EPM blueprinting, strategy modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and process re-engineering.
- Experience leading medium/large-scale Finance transformation programs.
PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Practical understanding / exposure to:
1. SAP S/4HANA.
2. Oracle AFCS / AHCS.
3. Workday Financials.
4. Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
5. Planning & Budgeting tools, Strategic modelling, Value driver analysis.
