Role : Lead - Enterprise Solutions (SAP Service Management)

Are you an experienced SAP Service Management professional looking to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives We have an exciting opportunity with a global enterprise technology organization delivering innovative SAP solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Location : Bangalore | Hyderabad | Coimbatore | Pune

Work Mode : Hybrid

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Salary : As per company standards

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementations

- Design and configure Customer Service & Field Service Management processes

- Drive integration across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI, PI/PO, and API Management

- Work with SAP Cloud solutions including SAP BTP, SAP FSM, and SAP C4C

- Configure SAP Fiori applications and analytics reporting

- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across enterprise landscapes

Required Expertise :

- SAP S/4HANA Service Management

- Customer Service & Field Service Management

- SAP Fiori & Analytics

- SAP CPI / Integration Suite

- SAP PI/PO & API Management

- SAP BTP

- SAP C4C & SAP FSM

- Integration Architecture & Enterprise SAP Consulting

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Service or related modules

- SAP Activate Methodology experience

- Exposure to Enterprise Field Service Ecosystems

- Knowledge of Service Parts Planning & Warranty Processes

- Experience with PROAXIA Connector
