Job Role - Employee Relations Job Title - ER Ops Lead Location - Bangalore / Delhi/ Mumbai Experience - Minimum 13+ years Work form office (Hybrid) Salary - up to 30 LPA Please find the details of the position as under : - 13+ years of experience Employee relations and HR Operations. - Having an experience in Leading and mentoring a team of ER professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. - Experience in Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans. - Having knowledge in Collaborating with HR Business Partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and fairness in decision-making. - Experience in Conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach. - Must be aware of employment laws, labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to ER. - Knowledge in ER processes, legal requirements and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. - Graduation in LLB/LLM is preferred. - Must have knowledge in Trade unions and having connects with Labour officers.
