Lead - Employee Relations/Compliance & Analytics - BFSI

Role Overview:

As the Lead for Employee Relations, Compliance, and Analytics, you will serve as a strategic anchor for our human capital operations in Mumbai.

Employee Relations:

- Conduct investigations, independently managed end-to-end ER cases including grievances, POSH cases, disciplinary issues, capability/performance matters etc.

HR Metrics & Analytics:

- Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve HR processes.

- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

HR Policy Implementation:

- Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

HR Compliance:

- Ensure full adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
