We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Excellence Leader to drive the implementation and operationalization of delivery excellence practices across the organization. This strategic role will be pivotal in establishing consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery frameworks that align with both organizational and client expectations.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in operational and process excellence, preferably from technology or operations services firms, and a proven track record of improving delivery processes and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and roll out a robust Delivery Excellence framework aligned with client and organizational needs.
- Develop standardized playbooks, performance metrics, and quality checkpoints to ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure delivery readiness by validating skills, staffing levels, and organizational structure before project kickoff.
- Establish and verify contingency plans and resource backup strategies to mitigate delivery risks.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with structured playbooks and client-specific requirements.
- Implement structured risk management protocols throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve inefficiencies in current workflows.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to support scalability and operational efficiency.
- Promote adoption of best practices and standardized operating procedures across delivery teams.
- Build team capabilities through structured training, skill assessments, and continuous knowledge sharing.
- Integrate client feedback mechanisms to proactively address concerns and elevate service quality.
- Track and report key satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) to drive ongoing service enhancements.
- Implement independent audits and governance processes to monitor project health and performance.
- Present audit findings and risk assessments to senior leadership with recommendations for improvement.
- Address common issues such as under-resourcing and data compliance gaps.
- Utilize real-time analytics to monitor delivery KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain metric-driven oversight of project health, delivery efficiency, and client engagement success.
Key Qualifications:
- 8 -10 years in delivery, operations excellence, or program management roles within technology or operations services firms.
- At least 5 years leading Delivery Excellence frameworks with demonstrated success in client-centric delivery models.
- Strong command over quality and process frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO).
- Proven ability to drive alignment across sales, solutions, and delivery functions.
- Experience in risk mitigation and structured process management.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to compliance, standardization, and improvements.
- Expertise in leveraging data insights to guide operational decisions.
