Lead - Contracts Management - Supply Chain Function

Role Name: Contracts Management Lead

Reporting To: Head Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary:

The Contracts Management Lead is responsible for end-to-end contract management and administration for the Supply Chain function. The role owns negotiation of contracts with Module and BESS suppliers, EPC and O&M contractors, manages change orders and variation requests, and ensures organisation-wide compliance with contractual terms, safeguarding the company's commercial and legal interests across the project lifecycle.

Education:

BE/B. Tech. A postgraduate qualification in Law, Business, or Contracts/Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.

Experience: 6-8 years.

Technical Skills:

- Good exposure in contract negotiation, contract management, and power project commercials

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong understanding of contracts and negotiation

- Commercial acumen to analyse risk and mitigation

- Understanding of the renewable industry

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
