Lead - Compensation & Benefits
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Lead to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- This role is critical in ensuring our compensation strategies align with market trends, internal equity, and business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation structures, job evaluations, benefits administration, and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Lead Performance Management System and oversee the Annual Rewards exercise.
- Partner with HR leadership and provide guidance on salary negotiations and compensation related matters.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure internal equity and address pay disparities.
- Prepare and present compensation reports to senior leadership.
- Utilize data analytics to drive insights and inform compensation strategies.
- Work on special projects assigned by the CHRO's office.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in Compensation and Benefits Management.
- Strong understanding of compensation analysis, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and compensation software tools.
