
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelors/ masters degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management Relevant work experience of 6 - 10 years
- Experience in the manufacturing industry and in a multinational environment will be an advantage
- Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point, exposure to HR digital platforms/salary planning tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the C&B philosophy and strategy is well communicated and implemented across Group India
- Periodic review of existing benefit policies and propose new innovative and creative initiatives aligning with market to meet Business objectives.
- Ensure C&B statutory and legal compliance across Group India
- Support Group India C&B Head and Manager to drive annual C&B processes -Salary Review cycle,
- Variable Pay cycle, Retention plans, etc.
- Support and drive additional C&B initiatives/processes - C&B benchmarking exercise, salary range creation, job-mapping, additional benefits implementation, etc.
- Supervise/monitor/reconcile/control payroll process including Compensation Master. Ownership of all employee C&B related data and ensuring regular update on HR digital database/tools.
- Provide reporting data/MIS and analytics to C&B Head/Manager, for monthly/annual reporting/budgeting etc.
- Drive harmonization and integration actions/initiatives for newly acquired businesses
