Position Name: Lead - Compensation & Benefits

The ideal candidate will excel in interpreting and implementing HR policies, executing performance appraisals and bonus programs, and developing strategic compensation and rewards schemes. Proficiency in preparing compensation packages, conducting job evaluations, and performing benefits benchmarking is essential. Strong analytical skills and experience in managing HR budgets are prerequisites.

Experience: 4 to 8 Years.

Qualification: MBA, PGDBM

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation and Benefits.

- Execute annual performance appraisal, annual performance bonus, productivity linked bonus, Industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy.

- Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees.

- Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan.

- Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking.

Required skills:

- Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments for different grades

- Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives.

- Should have experience of Job evaluation and Benefits benchmarking.

- Should have conducted at least three end to end PMS cycles.

- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis
