We have an opening for Lead Compensation and Benefits - Total Rewards with a Financial Services Company.
Looking for people who have done MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges.
Location: Mumbai
- To head our Total Rewards vertical, which includes C&B, Performance, and Policy Governance, we are seeking an HR specialist with strategic and analytical skills.
- The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating and carrying out a thorough Total Rewards strategy, competitive pay plans, benefits packages, and incentive schemes that complement the objectives of the bank, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- The incumbent will also be in charge of overseeing the Bank's complete policy framework and making sure it complies with all applicable regulations.
- Finally, the incumbent will be in charge of overseeing the Bank's Performance Review procedure, which includes data management, process administration, and MIS reporting.

Skills:
- A track record of success as a C&B specialist in a fast-paced, dynamic Fintech/BFS company
- Comprehensive understanding of C&B principles and procedures, in addition to familiarity with other HR domains
- Proficiency in employment analysis and evaluation systems.
- Strong knowledge of RBI standards, regulatory frameworks, etc.
- Understanding of ESOP structure and executive compensation
- Knowledge of different benefits plans, vendor assessments, industry best practices, etc.
- Excellent Excel skills and a strong understanding of other MS Suite components
- Proficient in using HR software, compensation tools, and compensation modelling, among other things.
- Strong analytical abilities, numerical aptitude, meticulousness, etc.
