Our Client is a well known company in BFSI space, scouting out for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job Title : Lead Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Conduct annual salary benchmarking, pay structure analysis, and participate in compensation surveys to ensure market competitiveness.

- Manage end-to-end salary revision processes, bonus payouts, and performance-based rewards.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits (e.g., PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Taxation).

- Lead C&B initiatives, including the design and management of executive compensation packages.

- Design & implement the variable & sales incentive schemes that provide a competitive

- Incorporate and map salary surveys data position wise to ensure internal data is in line with market data
