Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. - Lead Performance Management System and Annual Rewards exercise. - Partner with HR leadership to provide guidance on compensation-related matters, such as salary negotiations. - Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure internal equity and address pay disparities. - Prepare and present compensation reports to senior leadership. - Data Analysis and Analytics. - Special projects from CHRO's office. Preferred: - HR education background - Proven experience in compensation and benefits management. - Understanding of compensation analysis, job evaluations, and benefits administration. - Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
