- Sales leadership experience in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors, with strong exposure to BIM (Building Information Modelling) solutions.
- Proven track record in international business development, especially handling clients in the UAE / GCC region, with regular travel to Dubai for client acquisition.
- Strong network and familiarity with Dubai-based companies.
- Skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and positioning BIM-driven digital construction solutions to mid and large-scale projects.
- Capable of working with cross-functional teams across India and Dubai, aligning sales goals with technical delivery teams for proposal and bid support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strategic, market-driven mindset and understanding of Dubai's construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for BIM-based construction solutions, targeting infrastructure, real estate, and engineering firms in the Dubai market.
- Identify and engage potential clients through regular travel to Dubai, building strong relationships with decision-makers in key firms.
- Collaborate with technical and BIM teams in India to deliver customized proposals, demos, and value-based solutions to Dubai clients.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, track market trends, and align offerings with the UAE's construction and digital transformation goals.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions in Dubai to expand visibility and generate business leads.
- Focus on target companies such as ALEC Engineering, ASGC, Arabtec, Dutco, Khansaheb, and KEO International.
