We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (10+ years of experience) to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Wealth Management, Investment Products, and Advisory Solutions for a leading global financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business analysis and delivery for investment product and advisory platform transformation.

- Develop BRDs, FSDs, workflows, and UI flows; manage UAT, traceability, and implementation.

- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and global stakeholders to align delivery milestones.

- Identify process inefficiencies and propose technology-enabled solutions to enhance client experience.

- Collaborate with vendors for platform integrations and change management.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in Wealth Management or Private Banking.

- Strong domain knowledge in Investment Products (Cash, Derivatives, Structured Products, Managed Investments) and Advisory/Discretionary Portfolio Management.

- Practical understanding of Avaloq or equivalent core banking systems and integrations with CRM, payments, compliance, and data platforms.

- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech, MBA (Finance), or CA.

- Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI or similar analytical tools.

- Professional certifications such as CBAP, FRM, or PMP are an advantage.
