Role: F&A R2R Tower Lead

Grade: AVP/AGM

Location: Chennai (Siruseri)

Experience : 15 to 25 Years

Qualification: CA Qualified

Primary Skills:

- CA (Chartered accountants with 15 - 25 years of experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end R2R processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting.

- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

- Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc

- Manage people's performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals.

- Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.

- Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.

Secondary Skills:

- Strong domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior BPO experience.

- Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx.

- Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management.

- Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.

Note: As this hiring is for India's Largest Employer, considering team size would be 450+ FTEs (Large Team Management Experience is must).
