About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI expert to lead our internal digital transformation. This isn't about managing vendors; its about building. You will identify manual processes across HR, Finance, and Operations and automate them using modern AI orchestration tools.
We need a "0 to 1" thinkersomeone who can look at a messy spreadsheet or a manual hiring workflow and build an AI agent to handle it.
What Youll Do:
- Identify & Prioritize: Partner with department heads to find the highest-impact areas for AI automation.
- Build AI Workflows: Design and deploy multi-step AI agents and automated workflows (using tools like Flowise, LangChain, or similar).
- Data Integration: Connect AI models to our internal systems (ERP/HRIS) via APIs to ensure the AI has the right context.
- RAG Implementation: Build "Retrieval-Augmented Generation" solutions so our teams can chat with internal documents and data securely.
- Prompt Engineering: Own the logic and "brain" of our internal tools to ensure they are accurate and reliable.
Who You Are:
- The Architect: You understand how LLMs work and how to build systems around them, not just how to write a prompt.
- The Integrator: You are comfortable working with APIs (REST/SOAP) and connecting different software platforms.
- The Problem Solver: You have a knack for operational efficiency. You see a bottleneck and immediately think of a workflow to fix it.
- Industry Agnostic: While FMCG experience is a plus, we value the ability to build and scale internal tools above all else.
