Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Pune Branch, driving both Sales & Operations with a team of 56 professionals. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing branch profitability, and building strong customer relationships to expand LDS Infotechs footprint in the Pune region.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage overall business with sales & operations for the Pune branch.


- Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.


- Independently introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technology deals.


- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decision-makers.


- Conceptualize and propose software licensing, IT services, and cloud infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.


- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business stakeholders.


- Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.


- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and promote additional solutions, upgrades, and value-added services.


- Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.


Experience & Skills:


- 8-10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).


- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experience mandatory).


- Strong experience in Key Account Management.


- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.


- Self-driven, result-oriented professionals with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.


Educational Qualifications:


- I graduated in Science or MBA.


- Post-graduation in IT will be an added advantage.

Reports to: Business Head & Managing Director


Reportees: 57 team members


Compensation
