Experience (PQE): 37 years

Background: Law Firms only

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, O&M, concession, PPP, and project development agreements.

- Advise clients on bid/RfP/RfQ processes, regulatory frameworks, land and right-of-way (ROW) issues, and construction/O&M challenges.

- Liaise and negotiate with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government counterparties.

- Conduct legal due diligence and advise on risk allocation, project structuring, and compliance.

- Provide strategic input through project implementation, operations, and dispute prevention stages.

What Youll Bring:

- Strong, hands-on experience in highways and renewable energy (solar/wind) projects.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Solid understanding of infrastructure sector regulations and contract risk allocation.

- Ability to manage client relationships and run workstreams independently with minimal supervision.

- LLB from a reputed institution with training and experience in top-tier Indian or international law firms.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in PPP projects, concession agreements, and infrastructure advisory mandates.

- Exposure to multi-stakeholder negotiations and government contracting frameworks.

- Commercial mindset with attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
