Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial status reports and present insights to stakeholders.

- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Monitor budget variances and implement cost-control measures.

- Provide financial projections to support strategic decision-making.

Managing Accounting Operations:

- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and audits.

- Optimize financial processes and implement best practices.

Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Standards:

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.

- Stay updated on financial laws and industry regulations affecting IT businesses.

Implementing Financial Controls and Risk Management Strategies:

- Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies.

- Develop policies to ensure data security and financial integrity.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Provide financial insights to support business planning and operational efficiency.

Adhering to Ethical Standards:

- Foster transparency and accountability in financial transactions and reporting.

- Promote corporate governance best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in financial management/accounting within an IT organization.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.

- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

- Expertise in tax regulations, compliance, and risk management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data effectively.

- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA (preferred).
