Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Equity Research Analyst. The Equity Research Analyst will be responsible for working on investment ideas, conducting deep fundamental research, and supporting Analyst/portfolio managers in building and monitoring equity portfolios.

The role demands strong analytical ability, deep understanding of business and financial models, and a track record of generating insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of listed companies across sectors, focusing on financial performance, business models, valuation, and management quality.

- Prepare research reports, investment theses, and financial models to support recommendations.

- Track portfolio companies and monitor key operational and financial metrics to identify upside or risk triggers.

- Interact with company management, industry experts, and sell-side analysts for deeper insights.
