About the Role: HR Talent Partner


We are seeking a dynamic HR Talent Partner with strong expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding to help us attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven, strategic mindset with hands-on experience in managing full-cycle recruitment, particularly in the SaaS and product startup ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with business goals.


- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.


- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.


- Design and implement employee referral programs and other creative sourcing channels.


- Utilize HRIS systems, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools to streamline hiring workflows.


- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and process transparency.


- Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee retention and engagement.


- Stay informed on market intelligence and industry trends to ensure competitive hiring strategies.


- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to forecast and fulfill talent requirements.


Requirements:


- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.


- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in SaaS hiring is mandatory; exposure to product startups is highly preferred.


- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with senior stakeholders.


- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and sourcing platforms.


- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


- Demonstrated experience in developing talent pipelines and adopting innovative sourcing strategies.


- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
