Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager VFD to lead and drive the marketing function for our Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) product category. This management role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep industry insight to enhance market presence, accelerate growth, and support cross-functional business goals.
The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives while working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the VFD product line to support organizational goals.
- Lead market expansion initiatives and identify new business opportunities through competitive analysis and market intelligence.
- Provide strategic direction for product positioning, branding, and go-to-market plans.
Marketing Oversight
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, performance monitoring, and optimization to maximize ROI.
- Guide customer engagement programs, product promotions, and demand-generation activities.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Forecast market demand and support planning for sales and production teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, technical, and product development teams to drive growth initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams for launches, promotions, and customer-facing activities.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, technical content, and sales enablement materials.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Provide leadership to junior team members and external agencies involved in marketing activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical backgrounds such as EEE, ECE, EIE, Diploma in EEE/ECE/EIE are highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within industrial products or VFD-related sectors.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Campaign Management.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Solid grasp of data analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics evaluation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with VFDs or related electrical/industrial systems is a strong advantage.
