What youll take charge of:

- Shape and execute a bold national sales strategy with clear, aggressive targets.

- Scale Lafits footprint through flagship stores, projects, and a robust dealer network.

- Win influence with architects, consultants, developers, and retailers across the country.

- Lead, mentor, and elevate high-performing regional sales teams.

- Drive operational excellence across sales, collections, and channel performance.

- Build incentive structures and training programs that keep teams hungry and motivated.

- Partner with R&D, production, and quality teams to deliver world-class solutions to market.

Who were looking for:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing (engineering background is a plus).

- 10+ years of proven success in lighting sales, with 3+ years leading at national/regional scale.

- Strategic yet hands-on, with a track record of building networks that deliver growth.

- A persuasive communicator, negotiator, and closer.


- A leader who doesnt just manage but inspires people to outperform themselves.
