Lactalis Group - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Projects

Details of Experience:

- Project Management: Safety Standards & Protocols, CapEx Idea generation, Budget Preparation ( Investment & Saving), BOQ Preparation, Suppliers Evaluation, Execution, Coordination with Cross Functional Teams, Setting & Demonstrating Agreed Deliverables

- Must have handled projects worth 50 Cr annually at Multiple Plants / Locations

- Must have handled projects and deep knowledge of Milk Receipt & Processing, Evaporation, Dryer, Cheese, Butter, Paneer, Ghee, Dairy Fresh Products (Milk, Curd & Flavoured Milk), Packaging Lines

- Knowledge of advance technology like Membrane Application, AI/ML Exposure, IQF, Process Software Applications, X Ray, Metal Detections, Robots, Pick N Place etc

- Knowledge of Utility & Energy Systems like Electrical, Steam, Ice water, Compressed Air, Water & Waste Treatment, Solar, Wind, DG Sets etc

- Reading, Preparing, Understanding of PIDs & Engineering Drawings, Basic Mass Balance Calculation, Engineering Concepts & Calculation, Food & Human Safety

- Must be Energetic, Analytical Skill, Communication Capability with International Stake Holders, Flexible to accept different tasks, Ready to Travel across India frequently & occasionally to International, Good Team Player

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate in Dairy, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemicals Engineering

- Languages Known: English & Hindi compulsory, French, Tamil, Telugu & Marathi would be added advantage

- Nature of Experience Industry: Dairy Manufacturing & Engineering MNC / Big Companies (Most Preferred), Followed By Food, Pharma, Beverage
