About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager SaaS to drive growth and expand our software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, a deep understanding of SaaS business models, and a passion for building strong client relationships. This role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the companys long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with the companys SaaS portfolio.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of SaaS solutions.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.

- Maintain an accurate pipeline and track progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

- Mandatory: Proven experience in SaaS product sales (applications without SaaS experience will not be considered).

- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription sales cycles, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
