HR Operational Excellence
- In coordination with zone, is the referent for global template adoption and maintenance at Country /cluster/ hub level.
- Handle Change Management Training & Animation of processes in the market(s).
- Listen to countries needs / consolidate and strategies for Zone/global (and be the country voice).
- Ensures, with the HRD that global and local HR processes are compliant with local regulation.
- Work with the HR team to implement and execute global & local processes.
- Own data quality at local level (regular check-in, animation and training of the HR teams)
RUN Governance
Animate the delivery of the RUN between global and countries. In particular:
- Responsible of quality of the service delivered for the market
- Follow up on ticket resolution process and ensure countries responsiveness and reactivity
- Follow up on snow tickets dashboard to gauge adoption trend.
- Manage zone stakeholder's (Business and IT) relationships
- Escalate delivery issues to zone level
L'Oreal is looking for a high-potential HR Transformation professional for a unique "Build & Migrate" role. Based in India for the first year, you will spearhead HR Operational Excellence locally before transitioning to our Regional Hub (BEST) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia next year. This is a role for a strategic thinker who is ready for international mobility and possesses the maturity to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
