A Day in the Life:

Reporting to the Head of Legal in Mumbai, you will champion our national data privacy strategy (75% of your role) while driving strategic corporate legal initiatives (25% of your role) across all divisions.

- Drive DPDP & Privacy Strategy: Lead end-to-end compliance for the Indian DPDP Act, govern cross-border data flows, and run privacy impact assessments.

- Enable Digital & E-comm Business: Partner with Tech and Marketing to embed privacy-by-design in consumer data touchpoints.

- Corporate & Commercial Support: Draft, review, and negotiate critical commercial contracts and service agreements.

- Legal Advisory & Governance: Provide strategic counsel on general corporate matters, compliance, and risk mitigation.

We Are Looking For:

- An LLB graduate with robust legal experience, specializing in privacy and commercial law.

- Deep knowledge of the Indian DPDP Act, GDPR, and general corporate regulations.

- Strong negotiator skilled in drafting diverse commercial contracts.

- An analytical thinker comfortable with digital/tech ecosystems.

- A collaborative partner who simplifies complex legal requirements for business teams.
