Location : Mumbai (Pan-India travel required)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging L&D content for luxury training programs (classroom, digital, and blended formats).
- Customize training modules in line with brand values, premium customer experience, and business objectives.
- Deliver Pan-India training programs for frontline teams, managers, and support functions.
- Facilitate workshops on product knowledge, service excellence, and behavioral skills.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training delivery across all locations.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify training needs and update content.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously enhance learning material.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in L&D content design and training delivery.
- Strong exposure to luxury or premium brands (retail, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle).
- Proven experience in Pan-India training delivery.
- Excellent content creation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in luxury customer experience and service excellence training.
- Exposure to digital learning tools, LMS, and modern learning methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and growing organization.
