A Day in the Life:
As the Lateral Hiring Lead - Multidivision, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape across L'Oreal Consumer Products, L'Oreal Luxe, L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty, L'Oreal Professional Products, and L'Oreal Corporate. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Head, you'll lead mid-level and senior-level hiring strategies, ensuring we attract and onboard the best talent to drive our business forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet the unique needs of multiple divisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to amplify L'Oreal 's employer brand and attract top-tier talent.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
