We have a suitable opportunity in the Human Resource Team for the position of HR - Recruiter - Contract for our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for mid-to-senior level positions across various functions within our organization.

The Candidate should have 6-8 years of professional experience with FMCG/Consulting. The location of the job will be Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Deliverables:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding initiation for lateral hires.

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, employee referrals, and specialized databases.

- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Engage with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide expert advice on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

- Interview Process Management: Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Facilitate debrief sessions and provide constructive feedback.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and talent landscape changes to proactively inform recruitment strategies.

- Data & Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse slate of candidates for all open positions.

- Vendor Management: Potentially manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.

Functional Skills:

- Skill in identifying, approaching, and building rapport with candidates who are not actively looking for a new role.

- Proficiency in leveraging professional networks, industry events, and referrals to discover talent.

- Ability to research and understand specific talent landscapes, including competitor analysis and identifying target companies.

- Skill in assessing candidates against defined competencies crucial for the role, qualification, experience, salary band, company culture and potential fit from resumes.

- Skill in building and maintaining strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, departmental heads, and other internal stakeholders.

- Ability to provide a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Ability to deeply understand candidate aspirations and hiring manager needs.

- Expert use of ATS for candidate management, process tracking, and reporting.

- Ability to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates) and translate data into actionable insights for process improvement.

- Understanding of the specific industry, its trends, challenges, and talent demands.
