Job Title : AGM Quality - CRGO Division.

Department : Quality Assurance /QAQC.

Job Summary : The Quality Head/AGM will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within KRYFS Power Components Limited.

- This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of quality professionals to achieve excellence in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor the quality team to ensure high performance.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.

- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications:.

- Degree in Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.

- Certifications in quality management

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.

- Expertise in ISO standards.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.

- Candidates preferred from the CRGO Laminations - Electrical Steel Industry only.
