Roles & Responsibilities : - General advisory work related to financial investments, commercial matters and data privacy; - Draft, review, negotiate and finalise investment related documents with respect to various business verticals of the Company (such as private equity or third party funds onboarding, B2C and B2B2C client engagements, B2B partnerships, private markets engagements and various vendor engagements).Documents include shareholding agreements, partnership agreements, services agreements, fund related documents and forms, etc. - Evaluate and render legal advice in support of new investment products and services for the different corporate functions and business departments in the company. - Conducting end to end due diligence on multiple strategic transactions. - Liasing with internal as well as external counterparties with respect to any legal documentation, including representing the interests of the Company in multiple partner, vendor or client negotiations. - Advise on the impact of laws, regulations and orders with respect to the current or proposed business activities of the company. Qualifications : - Degree in Law - 1 to 4 years of experience - Sound experience in PE/VC transactions and investment funds - Knowledge of corporate laws, investment laws, financial regulations and cross border transactions - Ability to effectively communicate across business and operations teams, and negotiate with external stakeholders for the company's best interests - Qualified to practice in India
