Location : Lower Parel - The desired candidate must be a LLB pass out with a minimum of 10 years of relevant post qualification experience. - Only candidates working currently with a law firm will be preferred. - In addition to the work - manage a team of 3-5 associates, interact with clients and business development. - Candidate must have requisite experience in litigating (courts &amp; arbitrations (domestic &amp; international)) - Corporate commercial and contractual disputes - Investment (debt and equity) disputes - Inter-se shareholder (relating to exit as well as oppression and mismanagement) disputes - Mergers and amalgamations - Insolvency under the IBC - Securities disputes - Securitization &amp; debt recovery matters - Intellectual property disputes (Trademark &amp; Copyright) - Property disputes.
