About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance function of the company

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per statutory requirements

- Manage working capital, cash flows, and fund flow efficiently

- Monitor cost controls, MIS reporting, and internal financial processes

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations

- Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities

- Implement and improve ERP/financial systems for better control and accuracy

- Support senior management with financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills:

- CA / CMA (India) / CFA / MBA (Finance) with a strong accounting and finance background

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in an Engineering or Manufacturing company

- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (direct and indirect), and statutory compliance

- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Experience in ERPNext implementation or migration will be a strong advantage

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Desired Skills and Competencies:

- Experience in managing audits (internal, statutory, and tax)

- Exposure to IFRS and global reporting standards

- Knowledge of inventory valuation, product costing, and variance analysis

- Ability to drive process improvements and implement internal controls

- Familiarity with financial due diligence, mergers, or capital raising processes

- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, or other financial modeling tools

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals with business objectives
