Job Description:

- Associate/Senior Associate in the IP litigation and dispute resolution team.

- Work as part of a team on interesting cases across different offices.

- Carrying out legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.

- Travel across India as and when required.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA and LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 3+ years of experience in IP litigation team of a law firm.

- Handled trademark infringement, passing off and copyright infringement cases.

- Experience in legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.

- Above average academic credentials.

- Fluent in English.

- Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
