As we continue to expand rapidly, were looking for a driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us build high-performing teams aligned with our vision and values.

Role Summary:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across functions such as Sales, Operations, Academics, and Corporate roles.

You will play a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding talent that aligns with our fast-paced, mission-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer rollout for mid-level and junior roles

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, campus hiring, referrals, and direct outreach

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds with stakeholders

- Coordinate and conduct assessments and pre-employment evaluations where required

- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive talent mapping

- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Maintain accurate and updated hiring dashboards and trackers

- Collaborate with onboarding, HR operations, and functional teams to ensure smooth joining of selected candidates

- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies accordingly

Requirements:

- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or multi-functional environment

- Proven experience hiring for sales, operations, or education roles is a strong plus

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, etc.)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

- Passion for education and working in a mission-driven organization is a bonus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ATS systems, and data-driven hiring practices
