Now, were on the lookout for a Technical Account Manager who thrives on owning client relationships, keeping delivery sharp, and spotting opportunities to add value.
If youve got a background in digital project management, experience in the Middle East market, and the ability to be both strategic and hands-on, wed love to talk.
What Youll Do
- Youre the first call they make for advice, for support, or just to make sense of a brief.
- Youll build relationships that go beyond the project plan.
- Own project momentum.
- Keep things moving between our internal teams and the client.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Spot the next big win.
- Youll actively look for ways to deepen the relationship, whether thats a new feature, an additional platform, or a smart AI-led solution they havent thought of yet.
- Solve before it escalates.
- Youll anticipate roadblocks, smooth out issues before they become problems, and always keep the client feeling looked after.
- Stay curious.
- Were big believers in constant learning.
- Whether its a new CMS, an AI tool, or a backend integration, youll be encouraged (and expected) to keep upskilling.
What You Bring>
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or digital project management.
- A solid understanding of the Middle East market its clients, culture, and what makes them tick.
- A sharp commercial instinct with a track record of upselling and growing accounts.
- Excellent client communication skills proactive, honest, and clear.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage designers, developers, strategists, and third-party vendors.
- A tech-curious attitude not afraid of APIs, CMSs, or talking shop with a developer.
- Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a major bonus).
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with digital agencies or fast-paced service environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- A basic understanding of AI-driven tools and their potential for client solutions.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other PM methodologies.
