Role Overview:

The Project Head / CEO for Real Estate will be responsible for spearheading KR Pulp & Papers Ltd.'s entry and growth within the real estate market. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of real estate operations, from project conceptualization and land acquisition to construction, marketing, and sales. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will drive the strategic direction of the real estate division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall real estate strategy to achieve the company's growth objectives and market leadership.

- Oversee all phases of real estate projects, from initial planning and design to construction, sales, and property management, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, construction managers, and sales & marketing personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence and negotiating favorable terms.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, contractors, and customers, to facilitate project success.

- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue generation.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Proven expertise in real estate operations, including land acquisition, construction management, sales & marketing, and property management.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, regulations, and financial principles.
