Job Description : - Partner with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. - Actively participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting in close association with Business leaders - Managing the complete employee life-cycle. - Designs and monitors talent acquisition strategy to ensure adequate staffing at all times. - Provides support and guidance to HR Team members and business on HR aspects and key processes - Partner to create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. - Managing engagement and welfare activities of the team aiming at building higher levels of engagement and connect with the team - Managing the performance management process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management and career growth - Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improvements areas to design suitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for team. - Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new joinee experience, adopting best in class digital / market best practices. - Work collaboratively with key stake holders, to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people development and happiness quotient. Job Requirement - Proven track record with 6-10 years of HR experience Graduated from premier educational institutions.
