OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: To support and drive initiatives in the space of Organization development with a deep appreciation for and exposure to: - Org culture change interventions - Talent management & Development - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Key Responsibility: 1) Diagnosis: - Conduct Organizational diagnostics and assessments, analyze and suggest recommendations in the space of Talent management and leadership development using OD Diagnostic models 2) Design: - Design multiple programs, processes and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, Diversity and inclusion using principles of Organization design 3) Execution: - Plan, prioritize and project manage with timelines and quality of delivery 4 ) Facilitation: - Conduct workshops for Managers and employees for enhancing developmental conversations for talent development and retention - Facilitate intervention to improve Diversity, inclusions and wellbeing at the workplace 5) Benchmarking: - Perform External and internal benchmarking and collaborate to design new interventions based on best practices 6) Stakeholder management: - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are high quality and on time to strengthen business relationships Key skills & Competencies: - Ability to engage with multiple senior stakeholders - Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under tight deadlines - Solution orientation - Collaborative execution - Effective Communication - Facilitation - MS office skills - Influencing, building and sustaining relations - Project management INTERACTIONS: Internal Relations: - HR team - Business stakeholders - Kotak Group Leadership External Relations: - Knowledge partners - Vendors Interested candidates can contact on the below given information: - Contact Number - 9082780397
