Key Responsibilities,

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with growth and revenue targets

- Drive workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding for sales and leadership roles

- Lead performance management and support high-performance culture in sales teams

- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies

- Partner with L&D to build sales and leadership capabilities

- Support compensation planning, incentive design, and policy compliance

- Manage employee relations, governance, and HR compliance

- Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate

Work Experience: 8+ Years of experience

Other Skills: Team Handling, Sales HR Experience

- Strong HRBP experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services

- Experience supporting sales-driven businesses (DMC/Wealth preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
